Rudy Giuiliani wasn’t always such a controversial figure. In fact, not so long ago, he was flaunted as ‘America’s Mayor’ for his response following the September 11th attacks. Growing up, he was raised to avoid crime, as an adult he reduced crime in New York City and defended his city from terrorism, but at the later years of his life, encouraged insurrection. What happened over the years that led to the downfall of America’s mayor?
