The new date for their pre-trial is scheduled for March 25, 2025 and the jury trial is scheduled for April 9, 2025, nearly a year since charges were filed April 29, 2024. The documents list no reason for the delay.
Forgey is accused of allegedly producing a blank search warrant to investigate a noise complaint at the Kappa Sigma fraternity last November. He also allegedly illegally entered the fraternity.
